3. Scope of Personal Data Processed
3.1. Personal Data to Be Provided When Making Contact
- Name *: Your first and last name are required in order to contact you.

5. Retention Period of Personal Data
In the case referred to in Section 3.1 of this Privacy Policy, the Data Controller retains the personal data recorded in connection with online quotation requests for 2 years.
6. Rights of the Data Subject in Relation to Data Processing
6.1. Deadline
The Data Controller shall comply with a request concerning the exercise of the data subject's rights within no more than one month of receiving the request. The day on which the request is received is not included in the calculation of the deadline.
Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, the Data Controller may extend this period by a further two months. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receiving the request, specifying the reasons for the delay.
6.2. Rights of Data Subjects in Relation to Data Processing
6.2.1. Right of Access
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, where such processing is taking place, the right to access the personal data and the following information: the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations; the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored; the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to object to processing; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; information regarding the source of the data; the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as meaningful information about the logic involved and the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject. 6.2.2. Right to Rectification
The data subject may request, using the contact details provided in Section 1, that the Data Controller amend any of his or her personal data. If the data subject can credibly demonstrate the accuracy of the corrected data, the Data Controller shall comply with the request within no more than one month and shall notify the data subject thereof using the contact details provided by the data subject.
6.2.3. Right to Restriction of Processing
The data subject may request, using the contact details provided in Section 1, that the Data Controller restrict the processing of his or her personal data (by clearly marking the restricted nature of the processing and ensuring that the data are processed separately from other data) where
- the data subject contests the accuracy of his or her personal data (in which case the Data Controller shall restrict processing for the period necessary to verify the accuracy of the personal data);
- the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests the restriction of their use instead;

8. Other Provisions
Information concerning data processing activities not listed in this Privacy Policy will be provided at the time the data are collected. We inform our customers that courts, public prosecutors, investigating authorities, misdemeanor authorities, administrative authorities, the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, the National Bank of Hungary, and other bodies authorized by law may contact the Data Controller for the purpose of requesting information, disclosure or transfer of data, or the provision of documents.
The Data Controller shall disclose personal data to the authorities – provided that the authority has specified the exact purpose and scope of the data requested – only to the extent strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of the request.
